Philippians 1:29 – READ
For it has been granted you not only to believe in Christ but also to suffer for him.
A change in a person, a transformation of who they were to who they desire to be in Christ. Here, Paul is speaking about things like not cussing, lying, dressing promiscuously, or looking wacky. Moving away from these things are all a part of our suffering for Christ. And in our suffering, it is important to remember that where we fall short God picks that up. Where we don’t try, He doesn’t pick that up.
